that could help offset the costs of future drainage projects. Attached are two documents
addressing this issue.
This memo is a request for you to submit one name from your department to serve on this
committee. Please respond by Friday, August 20, 1993. A follow-up memo will be sent to the
newly appointed members when a date for the first meeting has been set.
