AS REQUESTED, A SITE VISIT WAS MADE TO PERFORM COMPACTION AND MOISTURE TESTING FOR THE
LIME STABILIZED SUB GRADE ON THE EAST DRIVE, EAST ENTRANCE, WEST MAIN ENTRANCE, AND THE
MIDDLE CONNECT ROAD FOR EAST DR. TO WEST DR. GRADATION TESTS WERE PREFORMED ON WEST
DRIVE. WE ADVISED THE CONTRACTOR OF AREAS WHICH FAILED TO MEET MINIMUM DENSITY
REQUIREMENTS. TECHNICIAN ALSO OBTAINED A SOIL SAMPLE AND RETURNED IT TO THE LABORATORY
FOR COMPACTION TESTING. WE WERE REQUESTED TO RETURN ON 09/29/08 FOR ADDITIONAL TESTING.
