Provisional Letter of Acceptance
Dear Mr. Mattice:
Representatives of the City of Coppell are issuing a Provisional Letter of Acceptance for the
referenced project with the following conditions:
1. There are several cracks around the entire parking lot that need to be sealed.
2. You must comply with the City of Coppell Stamped Concrete Ordinance.
3. The pipe inside the northwest drain box needs to be grouted.
4. A two-year maintenance bond for paving with supporting documents is required.
A final acceptance letter will be issued when all conditions have been met.
A follow-up inspection of the facilities will be conducted prior to the lapse of the two-year
bond period. If any punchlist items are noted at that time, you will be contacted to make
repairs. Thanks for your cooperation.
