Stamped Concrete
Dear Mr. Ricard:
This letter is being written in regards to the stamped concrete on the driveway entrance off of
Moore Rd. The stamped concrete is not in compliance with the City of Coppell ordinance. The
ordinance for the stamped concrete was included in the construction packet that was distributed
at the Pre-Construction meeting on May 15, 2008 and was also verbally conveyed by the
inspector that the color and pattern are included in the ordinance. We did not approve a variance
to this ordinance; therefore this matter should be corrected prior to final acceptance of the
project.
