Shohre Daneshmand, Acting City Engineer SUBJECT: Drainage Complaint at Alex and Lodge Road DATE: May 1, 1991 As per your request, we have conducted a site investigation at the above referenced location. Since the origin of this drainage concern is unknown, we were unable to obtain a specific complaint. Our comments, therefore, are provided in a general form. As per the attached drainage map, it appears that vacant properties along the unimproved section of Lodge Road are partially draining toward and /or along improved Lodge Road. Please note that the referenced vacant properties are currently proposed as residential subdivisions, and improvement to the remainder of Lodge Road would be part of such development. Also, we are presently working with Mr. Doyle Cameron, Camero Development Group, the Pecan Hollow developer, in an attempt to address this drainage concern, if in fact it relates to the Pecan Hollow Addition development. We will continue our review and search of this problem and will keep you informed. Please advise if you happen to know the name and address of the citizen with this complaint.
