RE: Magnolia Fisheries
Dear Mr. Hake:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. What will be constructed in this phase? When will the other phases be completed?
2. See City of Coppell standard details for joints. (sd 2050).
3. What are you proposing to use as subgrade for the grass-crete.
4. Show off-site drainage, the city ordinance does not allow lot to lot drainage. Runoff should
be collected on-site.
5. The erosion control will be field verified and can change as deemed necessary by the
construction inspector.
6. Include a concrete wash-out area that will be disposed of properly by the contractor,
(erosion control plan).
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
review. If you have any questions, you may contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
'-
