As you ~now t~e above referenced drainage problems has been
addressed~in thp City-Wide Storm Water Management Study Report. In
my memo, d~ted/December 4, 1990, I briefed you of my review and
finding~ ~ above drainage complaint will be evaluated along
with other drainage problems in the storm report. Unless you
direct otherwise, I will inform Frs. Austin.
