Project Updates:
· Funding for development on east side of project limits is not available at this time. FNI will
coordinate with Coppell about construction limits for drainage.
· FNI has contacted TracWorks and Quality Signal regarding possible improvements at the
DART crossing. The following is a breakdown:
- TracWorks (Paving) - $41,000
Quality Signal (Signal Upgrades) -$150,000, this was a verbal estimate, I've
requested a more detailed estimate

· Proposed schedule (attached) based on keeping existing design and agreeing to
contract mod. Suggest we meet to discuss possible options at DART crossing and
drainage along RR tracks. If we change design at tracks, we'll need to adjust schedule.
