DR9303-CS 901204DATE: December 4, 1990 · O: Steve Goram, Director of Public Works FROM: M. Shohre Daneshmand, Acting City Engineer ~ RE: Drainage - Flooding Complaint/Austin Property 632 E. Sandy Lake Road ,. (Tickler 11-30-90) As you may know, the above referenced flooding/drainage problem has been identified and analyzed in the City-Wide Storm Water Management Study Report. Also, the future Sandy Lake Road widening will minimize and may eliminate this problem. However, I am not sure as to what type of recommendation I can make to you at this time. This property is a private property and the only way, to my knowledge, this complaint can be addressed would be to get a direction from the City Council. Please note that back in September, 1990, when I met with Mrs. Austin, I asked her to provide us with a letter stating her concerns and request made to the City. As of this date, I have not received such letter from her, and if you have received it, please let me know. If you so desire, we can meet and discuss this in more detail and I will then respond to Mrs. Austin. Please advise.
