Paperwork on DC turned in to Service Center: meter number and serial number on 8"DC
(1 st vault on Highland)

Paint ML V lid blue
Replace damaged pad 121 and paint lid blue

121 - MH needs chimney seal and rainpan; mark MH in red on curb
