Final payment in the amount of $1,104.40 to Gibson and Associates, Inc. for
construction related to the Sandy KnolilShadowcrest and the Sandy
Knoll/Woodhurst drainage improvements and paving improvements in the Willow
Wood Subdivision.
Date: August 2, 1993
On October 27, 1992, City Council awarded a contract to Gibson and Associates, Inc. in the
amount of $87,571.00. This project was completed as per the plans and specifications at a cost
of $80,753.00. Staff recommends that $1,104.40 be paid to Gibson and Associates, Inc. as final
payment for work associated with the construction of the aforementioned project. It is my
understanding that final payment requests no longer need to go to the City Council, except via
the FYI file.
If I do not hear otherwise, I will process the payment the week of August 9, 1993. I would be
happy to answer any questions you might have.
