Re: Magnolia Fisheries
Mr. Garza:
The following is a summary of how the comments for Magnolia Fisheries have been
addressed:
1. The project will no longer be completed in phases. The Owner has decided to
construct all phases simultaneously.
2. The City of Coppell Standard Detail SD-2050 has been added to the paving
plan.
3. The subgrade for the "Grassy Pavers" will be 6" compacted sub grade. The
"Grassy Pavers" will be installed per the manufacturer's guidelines and
specifications.
4. The drainage area map has been modified to accurately reflect the different
basins. In designing this site, we have kept the existing drainage patterns as
is. The Owner is capturing the runoff from the proposed buildings in the
filtration basins. These basins will then be used to irrigate the premises. In
addition, the Owner has decided to use "Grassy Pavers" in lieu of a non-
permeable surface to further reduce the runoff.
5. Understood - A note has been added to the Erosion Control Plan.
6. The Concrete Wash-Out has been added to the Erosion Control Plan.
