Dear Tony:
The purpose of this correspondence is to provide you with written confmnation to proceed with
your proposal to substitute two additional inches of concrete pavement in lieu of the six inch
lime stabilization shown on our standard details for the referenced project. Our additional
requirement would be to place the reinforcing steel on eighteen inch centers as opposed to the
normal twenty-four inch spacing.
I have spoken to David Brookshire by telephone concerning these changes so that you could plan
accordingly. If you have any questions, please call at your earliest convenience.
