Pavement Improvements in Willowwood Subdivision

At the October 27, 1992 City Council meeting, the aforementioned drainage project was awarded
to Gibson & Associates. Due to the time involved in getting the contracts executed, the
Thanksgiving holidays and the Christmas holidays, the contractor has informed us that out of
consideration of the residents in the area, he will wait until after the first of the year to start this
project. To tear up the streets and begin the improvements at this point in time would only
create a situation where friends and relatives would have a difficult time accessing some of the
properties in the subdivision.
