RE: Chateaus of Coppell
Preliminary Acceptance Letter
Dear Mr. Proctor:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk-thru for the improvements in the referenced project
Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
PA VING-
I. Seal all joints on street, curb and sidewalks.
2. Sidewalk on southwest cul-de-sac needs to be checked, it looks lower than the curb.
3. Rout and seal cracks and patch mud holes.
4. Complete Grade to drain along Bethel Road.
5. Maintenance Bond for paving and erosion, including supporting documents of costs.
UTILITIES-
I. Third manhole on Denton Tap is missing bottom ring.
2. Second manhole south on Denton Tap has two damaged rings.
3. Replace missing chimney seal on Denton Tap.
4. Repair leaking FH on Corsica Ct
5. Reset sewer main clean out at Bethel Road, pipe out
6. Third manhole from Bethel needs bottom ring reset
7. Sewer cleanout need work: Lots 9, 15, 16,21,24,25,26,32,36,42,54,55, and 56.
