FYI.
I was approached by Mr. Hassan at the farmers market this morning. He wanted to discuss the letter he
got this week about his land. I advised him that I was not involved in the eminent domain proceedings
involving his property.
I suggested to him that he review the property owner's bill of rights and seek the advice of an attorney if he
wishes to dispute the necessity of the roadway.
