Dear Mr. Caudill:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk-thru for the improvements in the referenced
project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
I. Place hydro mulch at Creekview on the west side and place sod at Creekview on the east side.
2. Grade and sod from Freeport to west.
3. Place hydro mulch west of the Duke Buildings and sod the rest in front of Mohawk area.
4. Grade and sod on the northwest and northeast side of Freeport/Bethel intersection, place
plantings in the median.
5. Remove spoils from Creekview.
6. Grade and sod on Bethel Rd across from Hard Eight BBQ.
7. On Bethel Rd place curlex 3' behind the curb where there is no hydro mulch until vegetation is
established.
8. Remove the spoils on the west side of Freeport south of Bethel from Mel's electric trench.
9. Remove asphalt and spoils on Jurassic property.
10. Blend stamped concrete colors and seal all areas that are not sealed.
II. Provide record drawings.
12. Provide maintenance bonds for paving and utilities, along with the break down of costs:
13. Provide an affidavit from Tiseo stating all major subcontractors have been paid.
14. See punch lists for streets and utilities. Notify appropriate department. when repairs are
complete.
