Infrastructure Improvements (from South Coppell Road to east of Grapevine Creek), Project #ST 07-01; and authorizing
the City Manager to sign and execute any necessary documents.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This contract amendment will cover the cost of redesign for building the Grapevine Creek bridge in two phases in
order to maintain one-way traffic eastbound for the duration of construction.
FINANCIAL COMMENTS:
Funds are available in the Street CIP accounts for this change order.

CONSULTING ENGINEER'S CONTRACT
PROJECT NO. ST 07-01
AMENDMENT TO SCOPE OF SERVICES
I. Scope of Work
Halff Associates will provide engineering services required to modify the Southwestern
Boulevard Road and Bridge Improvement project construction plans and bidding
documents to reduce the roadway width from 45-feet to 41-feet. Services also include
bridge plan modifications to allow for construction of the Grapevine Creek bridge in 2
phases.
A. Provide updated schematic of new roadway and bridge layout showing reduced
width and transition to existing paving at Coppell Road.
B. Update construction plan set and bidding documents.
C. Provide suggested sequencing schematic showing how access is maintained
during construction.
II. Proiect Schedule
