A GME technician traveled to the job site for proofrolling of subgrade. Entire building pad for fire department
storage building was proofrolled. Proofrolling was performed using a fully loaded dump truck. No rutting,
pumping or deflection was observed during proofrolling of subgrade. The area observed during proofroll was
from Line A-I to A-5 to E-5 to E-I to A-I. The building pad subgrade is now ready for fill placement.

A GME field technician traveled to the project site to perform density tests on new building pad, but, subcontractor
was not ready. GME technician went to parks project at Project Manager's [Randy Jones] request to
observe the soil that is going to be used on fire department building pad. He was concerned that the soil
may be contaminated with organics. GME technician found that the top 3" to 5" was contaminated in a low
percentage and recommended to subcontractor to remove those 3" to 5" and push it to the side. Randy was
infomled of this recommendation.
