A GME field technician traveled to the project site to pick up proctor samples at the contractor's request. GME
found that proctor samples are not required on the subgrade because the new building will require some fill. This
fill will be sent from a parks project at Freeport Parkway, north of Southwestern Boulevard. GME went to
parks project and picked up two samples, returned them to GME and prepared the samples for testing at a later
date.
*GME technician waited on-site until City of Coppell arrived to open the gate. These proctors will be used
at Fire Station # 1.
