A GME technician traveled to the job site to observe chemical injection in building pad area. Chemical injector
rods were observed to be spaced 3' apart and penetrating the pad 8.5' to 10' down. Injectors injected chemicals
for at least forty-five seconds into the pad. Operator would then move forward 2' to 3' and repeat process.
Chemical injection was observed to be in general compliance with soils report and specifications.
