Contract for Drainage Improvement
Dear Mr. Johnston:
Request for Bid No. Q-0992-03, contract for the above referenced drainage improvement, closed
on Tuesday, October 13, 1992. Please be advised that on Tuesday, October 27, 1992, the City
Council awarded the contract to Gibson & Associates, Inc. per the bid submitted in the amount
of $87,571.00.
Attached, you will find six (6) copies of the contract specifications including the standard form
of agreement for your signature and approval. Please return the executed documents, prior to
November 5, 1992, for final authorization by the City of Coppell. In addition, please provide the
City with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond (if there are any subcontractors involved), and an
original certificate of insurance. It is our hope that the construction activity commences as soon
as possible, so your immediate attention is greatly appreciated.
