Dear Ken:
Enclosed please f'md one set of mylar construction drawings and one set of bluelines for
the above referenced project. Also included is an original set of the Contract Documents and
Specifications and one bound copy for your flies. All city comments have been incorporated into
these documents. In addition, we have compared the standard city detail sheets utilized with this
set of construction plans to the new City of Coppell standard details. Any changes to specific
details have been added to the previously prepared detail sheets for this project. This completes
our work under the above referenced Engineering Services Contract. Our understanding is that
the City of Coppell will handle the bidding and contract phase of this drainage im~ovement
project.
We have received City comments on the Meadows Stage I and II construction plans. The
Stage I plans and specifications will be completed and ready to go out to bid vldthin the next two
weeks. Meadows Stage II and the Brooks Lane diversion preliminary design are currently on
hold pending City staff's initial contact with homeowner's in areas where easements are required.
As always, it is a pleasure to work in the City of Coppell. We look forward to our
