Addition of Pump Number 4 to the Village Parkway Pump Station
Dear Mr. Dake:
A walk-through of the referenced project was completed today. The following punch list was prepared
regarding the items needing completion.
1. At the pump control panel in the pump room. Three clear lens caps need to be replaced with one blue and
two white lens caps on the buttons.
2. Three 3A-inch conduit covers need to be installed on conduits at the pump motor.
3. Minor paint touch-up work needs to be completed.
4. A screw hole on the air vent to the pump motor needs to be re-tapped and a new screw installed.
5. A minor leak on the discharge piping needs to be corrected. The leak is located where the 90-degree bend
attaches to the discharge header.
6. Two additional grease firings need to be provided on the pump.
7. O & M manuals need to be provided to the City for the Badger Meter and the Benshaw starter.
8. A Hi-pot test report needs to be provided to the City from Shermco for the cables.
9. Label plaques for pump number four need to be provided on all electrical equipment pertaining to pump
number four (Benshaw starter, etc.).
