The proposed 24- foot-wide fire lane will encircle the mortuary building and provide access to the columbarium and pavilion, as well as Freeport Parkway and Ruby Road. This plat meets all technical requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, and therefore warrants approval. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Staff is recommending APPROVAL of Rolling Oaks Memorial Center, Lot 1, Block A, Minor Plat, with no conditions.
