Staff supports the applicant's requests. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Staff is recommending APPROVAL of this request with the following conditions: 1. Amend the PD to allow this eMU screening fence on this lot. 2. Owner will procure a building permit for the fence, and arbor. 3. It is established the arbor is not infringing on the 20 foot rear setback. ALTERNA TIVES: 1. Recommend approval of the request 2. Recommend disapproval of the request 3.
