When the fence was put up by Masonry Concepts in August 2003 they failed to receive a permit from the City of Coppell without me being notified. (2.) Also the contractor failed to receive a permit from the City of Coppell on the arbor without me being notified. (3.) There were no mature trees removed in constructing the wall. (4.) All the neighbors have rear privacy fences (rod iron) plus in addition wooded picket fence put up behind the existing fence by Mr. Spears. (5.) Drainage has not been negatively affected. (6.) The wall and landscape improvements have been in existence in excess of 5 years. Live at 709 Stratford Lane since August 2003. (7.) Bond beam on top of wall with concrete and 2 #5 rebar. This recommendation would apply for general conditions only.
