The construction plans and contract documents and specifications for the above referenced traffic
signals, prepared by Barton-Aschman & Associates, Inc., are complete. The bid procurement is
currently underway and the bid opening date is scheduled to be on November 17, 1992 at 2:00
p.m. It is our intent to bring forward an agenda item to the City Council with the
recommendation of a Iow bid for consideration of approval on December 8, 1992.
Please note that the Engineer's total estimated probable cost is $122,567.50 ($74,986.00 for
MacArthur/Samuel Blvd. and $47,581.50 for Bethel/Coppell Road).
