RE: Submittal of Final Design Plans and Specifications
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
Enclosed is one (1) set of bluelines of the final design plans for Samuel Boulevard/MacArthur
Boulevard and Bethel Road/Coppell Road. The ROW on Bethel Road and Coppell Road is
assumed as discussed in an earlier letter dated September 1 8, 1 992. A note has been added
to the plans to define the ROW as assumed. Please review the enclosed plans.
The specifications have been finalized. A new section describes the waiver of performance
and payment bonds. Also, a cost estimate is included. I will need a bid number and City
advertising dates to begin our advertising for this project.
I look forward to hearing from you to begin the bid procurement process.
