As requested, the purpose of this memo is to provide the status of the project
MacArthur/Samuel and Coppell/Bethel as of September 11, 1992. The preliminary design
plans and specifications were completed and have been reviewed by theCity. The final plans
are 80% complete and are expected to be available for your review on September 21,1992.
Out of the $14,572.00 budget; $8,259.00 has been spent (57%). The project is currently
within the budget limits which were proposed in the Scope of Services. The project is 40%
complete. In order to complete the project, we have to finalize the plans, generate the timing
plans, complete the bid procurement process, and provide signal construction inspection
assistance.
