Punch List Update
Dear Mr. Proctor:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk-thru for the improvements in the referenced
project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
P A VING-
1. Seal all joints on street, curb and sidewalks.
2. Rout and seal cracks and patch mud holes.
3. Complete Grade to drain along Bethel Road.
4. Maintenance Bond for paving and erosion control for two years, including supporting documents
of costs.
5. Mylar for sidewalk construction along Bethel Rd. and Denton Tap.
6. Seal all sidewalk joints.
7. Complete all backfill and clean-up adjacent to sidewalks.
8. Submit maintenance responsibility letter for stamped & dyed sidewalk adjacent to Bethel Rd &
Chateau Drive.
