On the dates noted below, a representative of Falkofske Engineering, Inc., visited the above noted site to review the
construction of the masonry stone retaining wall, the location of which is noted below. The construction of this wall
was found to be acceptable and in general accordance with Falkofske Engineering, Inc. plans and specifications for
the masonry walls at the above noted site.
