Three signed copies of the Contract Agreement and Scope of Services and associated
Engineering Fees for the referenced project are enclosed for your approval. The proposed
Scope of Services is described in Exhibit A attached. The proposed fees for these services are
detailed in Exhibit B in the amount of $56,426.
