Punchlist Items
Dear Mr. Caudill:
The City of Coppell recently sent you a letter with a punch list of items to be corrected from the walk-thru
inspection on January 27, 2009. As of this date, no resolution has been made to correct the punch list items
on Bethel Road before it is approved for final acceptance.
The contract time expired January 24, 2009, if we do not see any progress in resolving these issues,
liquidated damages will take affect per the contract.
