Connell Skaggs, L1-CS081106 (3) ~ 110 West Sandy Lake Road Coppell, TX This application is in reference to the improvement of a former Albertson's located at 110 West Sandy Lake Road and seeks Administrative Review and approval by the City of Coppell for a new Sprouts Farmers Market. The existing site is currently zoned C. . This minor modification seeks to improve a vacant 28,887 sf building. The extent of the modifications includes the addition of towers to clearly define the entrance and ex~ts for customers. Decorative trellis has been added to the west elevation to create a sense of depth. Concrete panels have been added to the base of the columns to provide visual variation to these wall planes. The new primary face brick will bring the proposed Sprouts Framer's Market will compliment the rest of the center. Sprouts Farmers Market, an Arizona based company, is one of the nation's fastest growing retailers. Sprouts specializes in a wide assortment of organic foods and farm fresh produce. The proposed Sprouts Farmers Market is consistent with City Code. In general, we believe the city will benefit from both the proposed use and architectural manner in which this project is to be developed.
