Dear Mr. Griffin:
On behalf of Hunter Associates, I want to offer our most sincere apologies for not responding in a
more timely manner to get this project officially started. We were very anxious to participate on
this effort. We made an initial visit to the lift station on March 15 and had just finished a conceptual
layout as part of our initial presentation. Unfortunately, time got away from all of us and we did not
notify you and schedule the startup visit.
Hunter Associates continues to be very interested in helping the City of Coppell in their municipal
engineering programs and should situations permit we stand ready to assist you and begin work
immediately.
