known as 600 Ruby Road, at the request of John Howell, being represented by Billy
Duckworth, Analytical Surveys.

1. Existing drives should be closed and poured back with a curb.
2. If addressed off of Hawken, new taps and meters for water and sewer will be required
off of Hawken and the existing services abandoned.
3. Drainage will be evaluated during engineering plan review.
