1. Label the elevation of the floodplain on the plat.
2. The driveway encroaches onto the floodplain. No fill can be placed in the floodplain to
construct the driveway. If property floods there will be no emergency access except from
the rear of the property. No fence will be allowed in the floodplain.
3. The utility plan will need to be provided by a licensed/registered professional engineer.
Please provide during the engineering plan review.
4. The grading and drainage will be further evaluated during the engineering plan review.
5. There may be franchise utilities in the existing easement. Franchise utility companies
should be contacted for relocating or abandoning their utilities.
6. The timeline for construction of this property may need to coordinate with the water line
on the Bethel Road project.
