No fill or encroachment allowed in floodplain. 4.The utility plan will need to be provided by a licensed/registered professional engineer. 5.There may be franchise utilities in the existing easement. 6.What is the timeline for construction of this property? Possible coordination with water line tie-in. 7.A 10’ sidewalk/utility easement will be required along the south east portion of the property.
