1.Turn off the complete topo and just label the floodplain and the Base Flood
Elevation.
2.The water and sewer line easement will need to be abandoned by separate
instrument.
3.There is a portion of the garage and the driveway along with the retaining wall that
may encroach onto the floodplain. No fill or encroachment allowed in floodplain.
4.The utility plan will need to be provided by a licensed/registered professional
engineer.
5.There may be franchise utilities in the existing easement.
6.What is the timeline for construction of this property? Possible coordination with
water line tie-in.
7.A 10’ sidewalk/utility easement will be required along the south east portion of the
property.
