track without noting speCific lots where this type of
construction Is allowed.
2. I understand that "stucco" as described for approval
means e portland cement stucco applied in a three coat
(scratch, brown, finish coat) process on metal lath.

subdivision name, and identity of builder.
2. Within lot plan place a note that states "Proposed
amendment to PD.1 OB allowing up to (number) lots to
contain stucco structures with no two being side by side"
3. Stucco houses placed with at least two non-stucco
between them breaks up that style of housing more
effectively in this subdivision.
