Please reduce scale of lot plan to 11" by 17", place a title block on plan with scale, north arrow, date, subdivision name, and identity of builder. COMPLETE 2. Within lot plan place a note that states "Proposed amendment to PO-1G8 allowing up to (number) lots to contain stucco structures with no two being side by side". COMPLETE 3. Stucco houses placed with at least two non-stucco between them breaks up that style of housing more effectively in this subdivision. To be discussed during ORC meeting. Toll Brothers asks that no two stucco homes be side by side. 4. Please justify why 12 stucco houses (21% of units) are needed in this development. We would certainly prefer the option to have more than 12 stucco homes as we have seen the market for stucco homes be higher than 21%. We used guidance from staff and our own reservation to limit to 12 in an effort to not disturb the original intent of the non-stucco ordinance. 5. Place a note on this plan that specifies REAL stucco will be the construction material, Le., Portland cement, 3 coats-scratch, brown, finish. COMPLETE
