1.The 17’ by 15’ utility easement should be increased to a 20’ by 20’ utility easement.
2.Show the fire lane/ access easement. Is there mutual access to the home?
3.The utility plan and the drainage plan will have comments during the engineering
plan review.
4.Label the Base flood elevation.
