Deli in old downtown, reached an agreement approved by the Council last Tuesday to trade 1,1 OO-square-feet of frontage along '!N. Bethel Road for 1,400-square-feet of space for Deli parking in the west side parking lot, owned by the City. The trade was made in anticipation of W.
