Punchlist Items
Dear Mr. Caudill:
This is the second notice The City of Coppell has sent you regarding a punch list of items to be corrected
from the \valk-thru inspection on January 27, 2009. As of this date, the following items still remain
unresolved:
I. Sod west of Freeport on the north side of Bethel.
2. Hydro-mulch and sod east of Freeport on the north side of Bethel opposite of Hard Eight. (DONE)
3. Hydro-mulch and sod on Creekview. (DONE)
4. Spoils are on the west side of Freeport south of Bethel.
5. Headache bar and trash on Minyards property.
6. Grout lines on the monument at the west end of Coppell need cleaning.
7. Bird bath west of Freeport north side of Bethel in front ofU-Line Bldgs.
8. Irrigation at Minyards between small driveway and NE corner of the warehouse is not working and
possibly to the corner of Bethel and Freeport.
9. Irrigation meter pedestals (2)
10. Follow-up a walk-thru with the Utility Services.
II. Provide mark-ups of record drawings. (Median Openings and Creekview Drive Mark-ups)
We are now two months past the contract time which expired January 24, 2009; your prompt attention to
