requesting that the City auth~,,rize the creation of Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1;

WHERE., the City of Coppl:~l's consent for the creation of the District was granted

SECTION 1.
That subject to the conditions set forth herein, the City Coundl'~,N~e City of
Municipal Utility District No. 1 to annex that certain tract of land containing 10.897X~cres~
more or less, described in Exhibit "A' which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage as the law in
such cases provides. Certified copies of this resolution shall be provided to Coppell
Municipal Utility District No. 1.
