RE: SW 08-01 Denton Tap Sidewalk In-fill Project
Dear Ms. Williams:
This letter is to inquire about the scheduling status of a special inspection for the City of
Coppell sidewalk project. We submitted the payment of $425.00 on February 9,2009 and
the payment has been processed by TDLR.
Due to budgeting objectives, we need a date set for the special inspection so that we may
factor in the overall estimated cost of the sidewalk project in our fiscal year budget,
which is dependent on the outcome of the recommendation/report that will be submitted
by Ms. Williams after inspection of the site conditions.
Please contact the Engineering Department at your earliest convenience, so that we may
schedule a date and time. Thanks in advance for your prompt cooperation.
