This letter is to inform you that the proposed development at the northwest corner of SH
] 21 and Denton Tap Rd. is acceptable to the City of Coppell' s Engineering Department.
This plan has been passed through the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be
presented to City Council on April 14, 2009 for approval. The driveways are at
acceptable locations for the City of Coppell. We would like to receive copies of the
approval from TXDOT regarding the drive,vay on SH ] 2] along "',lith the drainage into
TXDOT's system.
