Bethal Road Landscape & Irrigation Final Punch List
Donnie,
Per our walk through this morning of the Bethal Road landscape & irrigation. The following will need to be addressed
before the project can be accepted:

East Controller
-zone 3, add 2 heads
-zone 6, change out nozzle to 10'
-zone 11, clogged nozzle
-zone 12, clogged nozzle
-zone 13, add head
West Controller
-zone 6, add head
-zone 7, replace leaking head
-zone 10, add head
-zone 18, add head
landscaDe
-all landscape beds are to have 2" of mulch.
-replace 12 Gulf Muhly
-replace 12 Harbor Dwf. Nandina
-replace 6 Dwf. Hamlin Grass
-replace 1 Salvia Greggii 'pink'
It is my understanding that American Landscape intends to have this list completed by tomorrow. We can inspect the
punch list items as soon as your ready.
