To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows: WATER: There is an 8" waterline along the north ROW of SH 121. There is a 12" waterline along the west ROW of Denton Tap Rd. SANIT ARY SEWER: There is a 12" sewer line that runs down the south property line of Coppell Greens and also runs down the west ROW of Denton Tap Rd. to the NW corner of Denton Tap and SH 121. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water generally flows to the south to the TxDOT ROW for SH 121. While there is a drainage system under SH 121, access to it is controlled by TxDOT. There is adequate sizing for storm drain capacity according to the plans submitted by Baird, Hampton and Brown, Inc. As always, in the development of the property you should determine if the existing utilities available to this site are adequate to serve your proposed development.
