The Alpha Technician traveled to the above referenced site to monitor on-going work and perform field testing as requested.
Subgrade for parking pavement was observed to verify that area had been prepared in accordance with Locally accepted
standards.
Met with Braden, the Superintendent onsite and Rodman told them that the subgrade needed to scarify 6" and recompact and
retest density for paving.
